Troubles With Accessing My Account & Renewing Items

You may experience intermittent difficulties when attempting to access My Account within Primo. 

If you notice your My Account is empty, we ask that you please try again after 30 minutes.

We are working dilligently with the vendor to identify and solve this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
